1. Service Description

OBP Creator is an online platform that generates single-page business websites for Indian merchants and MSMEs. Users upload a business card photo, our system extracts the details, and we create a mobile-ready web page hosted for one year.

2. Eligibility

This service is intended for Indian businesses and individuals residing in India. By using OBP Creator, you confirm that you are legally authorized to represent the business for which the page is being created.

3. Payment Terms

The fee for page creation and one year of hosting is ₹99 (Indian Rupees Ninety-Nine only). This is a one-time payment. The fee is non-refundable once the page has been deployed and is live. Payment must be made via UPI before the page is created.

4. Page Content Responsibility

The merchant is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information displayed on their business page. OBP Creator extracts data from the uploaded card but does not verify the correctness of business claims, contact details, or service descriptions.

5. Prohibited Content

Users may not create pages containing:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent business claims
• Adult, obscene, or illegal content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that violates any applicable Indian law

Violation of this policy will result in immediate page removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and branding uploaded to your business page. By using our service, you grant OBP Creator a limited license to host and display your content for the duration of the hosting period. All platform code, design systems, and trademarks belong to Simco Ventures.

7. Limitation of Liability

OBP Creator and Simco Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (₹99).

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
