Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
A full refund of ₹99 is available if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of payment
- The business page has not yet been deployed or made live
- The UPI transaction ID and payment proof can be verified
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund will be issued once the business page has been deployed and is live. This includes cases where:
- The page is accessible on the assigned subdomain
- The page has been shared with the merchant via WhatsApp
- More than 24 hours have passed since payment
- The merchant requests changes to an already live page
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your UPI transaction ID and the registered phone number:

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original UPI account or payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not applicable. Refunds are issued only in full for eligible cancellation requests that meet the criteria above.
