• Name of the business owner or representative
• Phone number
• Email address (if provided on the business card)
• Business details — name, address, services, and description
• UPI transaction ID — collected solely for payment verification

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to create and host your online business page. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you paid for.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a cloud database service. All data is hosted within India and protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your business page is hosted on Netlify for public access. No other third parties have access to your raw data.

5. Cookies

OBP Creator does not use cookies or tracking technologies on its main application. Our hosting provider may use essential cookies required for service delivery.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via email and we will process your request within 7 business days.
